Heat oven to 230 degrees C (gas mark 8). Spread the dough into a 30cm x 15cm rectengular base with loads of oil. Put all ingredients on top and put in heated oven for around 40 min.


  • 500g bread dough

  • 3 tomatoes cut in cubes
  • 12 green olives cut in circles
